Intuitive Development & Creative Essence //
This is an expansion-oriented listening class focused on developing and amplifying the subtle senses. It consists of beginner’s short yoga asana practice with voice exploration, creative meditation, and contemplation exercises. The purpose is to expand awareness of true needs, joy, and creative impulse. Each class has a unique theme or quest.
Comfortable clothing, a quiet space, and space for floor stretching is needed. No yoga experience needed. Physically accessible for all.
Strength, Transformation & Release //
This class is focused on bringing awareness to fear, false self narratives, and reprogramming. It combines awareness exercises, a more intensive yoga/movement practice, and guided creative visualizations focused on inner child healing.
Comfortable clothing, a quiet space, and yoga mat is needed. All physical levels encouraged though please be aware of physical limitations and ask for replacement exercises when necessary.
