I am a creative therapist, yoga teacher, astrologer and life-long student of what it means to be human. My passion is empowering individuals to revive their unstoppable creative power through surrendering to inner authority. Fusing a wide array of multidisciplinary experiences and study, I offer classes, reflective experiences, and individual guidance to help accelerate the inner authority connection. I also offer classes and workshops with other healers and teachers. SINHA focuses on teaching and supporting each person’s unique path to conscious evolution. In my own offerings, I only share what I have directly experienced and building a foundational relationship with your unconscious that will allow you to explore, play, and own their own unique system for expanding the body, the mind, and spiritual connection.

A conscious life begins with the unconscious and a sacred commitment to inner authority. May compassionate truth guide y(our) journey. Truth is not easy to understand with the mind, neither it is easy to hear or speak, but it is the only way to take back the creation field.

SINHA is my own alchemical mantra or call. It is a reminder to descend before you ascend. To ascend after you descend. It is the conscious and the unconscious, the material and the unseen, the known and the unknown. It is the act of creating space for the inner alchemical process that empowers us to lead ourselves through a complex, multidimensional creation field.
