Humanity at large has reached the tipping point of a collective spiritual crisis. We have forgotten our connection to ourselves, each other, and why we create. We have been lost for a very long time in disempowerment, deception, and mind games.

We need the awakening rebels, healers, and idealists to drop the outer authority game and start leading. But to create something different outside of us, we must shift internally, and it’s a wild ride. We need to first learn how to lead ourselves spiritually.

I am a licensed independent HeartMath® Coach and certified Hatha yoga teacher. I have extensive studies and experience in psychology, change management, the performance arts, group facilitation, and professional speaking. I’ve had many teachers in my life, both known and unknown, traditionally spiritual and not-at-all. I am a forever-student of the mysteries of life, but I teach what I practice and only what I have directly experienced.
