I believe we are preparing for a transition from an outer authority creation paradigm into an inner authority paradigm, but this is an individual choice and journey.

I’m an inner authority teacher, intuitive creative guide, and new‑earth storyteller dedicated to helping individuals take back their creation field and align with their sacred potential. My path deepened nearly a decade ago after a profound meditation experience that revealed how much of my life—despite my intuitive and spiritual focus—was still motivated by external expectations. This realization marked the beginning of a committed journey into self‑inquiry and truth no matter the consequences to my self concept or material life. My exploration took me on a wild journey through light and dark, through radical changes in both internal and external awareness. My life shifted from future‑oriented striving toward presence, curiosity, and genuine inner listening to a quantum heartbeat that was bigger than anything I could have ever imagined before.

I am a licensed independent HeartMath® Coach and certified Hatha yoga teacher. I have extensive studies and experience in psychology, the performance arts, group facilitation, and professional speaking. I’ve had many teachers in my life, both known and unknown, traditionally spiritual and not-at-all. I am a forever-student of the mysteries of life and the unconscious, but I teach what I practice and only what I have directly experienced to work.
