I’m an inner authority teacher focused on helping you to “exit the outer authority matrix” by developing a profound, transformative relationship with your unconscious. The purpose is to increase resiliency, amplify creative potential, and awaken sacred leadership capability.

Who is this work for?

Awakening is an infinite, multidimensional journey and it’s not all flowers and good feelings. This work is valuable for those who resonate with the idea of a New Earth and want to lead themselves and others with more peace and resilience through these chaotic, disruptive times.

How it works

(3) 60 minute sessions per month for (3) months. We will identify three priorities in your first session and customize the program to your specific needs or priorities.

Time Commitment & Schedule

Sessions are customized to each person’s needs and current challenges. Depending on where you are on your journey, I provide information, reflective exercises, and techniques to help you:

  • Self Regulate & Access Heart Intelligence (HeartMath Institute Certified)

  • Structure an Intuitive Self Practice for Daily Expansion (Mind, Body, Heart Alignment)

  • Use Creative Meditation To Engage & Transform the Unconscious

  • Expand Awareness of Fear Manipulations, Outer Authority Traps, & Body Trauma Patterns

  • Apply Internal Leadership in Your External Leadership To Co-Create More Consciously

  • Additionally, I will review your astrology chart with you from an evolutionary perspective. This is not predictive, but used as an archetypal expansion tool.

Sessions are 60 minutes, but you will have “homework” each week that is essential to apply and integrate.

Sessions include:

Frequently Asked Questions

  • It’s both, as I don’t believe they can be or should be separated. That said, this is far from traditional talk therapy and I’m not an energy healer in the formal sense. Sessions are focused on expanding awareness while teaching you skills or structure that will help you to be your own first call therapist and tune your own energy field.

  • I am not a severe trauma specialist. That said, this work is an excellent addition to concurrent trauma work or after intensive traditional therapy.

  • This work is for those who are a little skeptical of traditional religions (including the New Age) but want to live a more conscious aligned life, feel more peace, and lead themselves with more intuitive trust.

  • If you really don’t feel the work is right or valuable for you, we will end our contract. No questions.

  • Whether you believe in astrology or not, I find it is a powerful tool for understanding archetypes, rhythm, and transformation. I use it as an intuitive self expansion tool, not a predictive one.

  • I’m a mystic poet one day and an analyst the next. That said, I’m told I’m pretty warm, gentle, and fun to work with. You can expect a blend of intense and inspiring :)

I am an inner authority teacher and intuitive guide focused on helping you to develop a healthy, expansive relationship with your unconscious so you can unleash your true creative potential from the false matrix system. I blend structure with mysticism; practical techniques with creative reflections and expression. This work integrates the body, psyche, and spirit. I do not teach you how to control reality, but how to surrender to the higher potentials of what your soul is here to embody. What I teach or share is information that I have personally experienced awaken within me and then validated or expanded upon through extensive study into integral psychology, consciousness research, and spiritual philosophies. I am an independent licensed HeartMath® coach and certified yoga teacher, perspectives that are integrated into my own method and process.
